The SMS Notification Service (the "Service") is provided by Paseo Racquet Center and is subject to the following terms and conditions. By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

not limited to event updates, alerts, promotions, and important announcements.
Opt-In and Opt-Out:
Users can opt into the Service by texting STOP to 623-343-1192. By doing so, users agree to receive SMS notifications from
Paseo Racquet Center. Users can opt out of the Service at any time by texting "STOP" to 623-343-1192. Upon
opting out, users will no longer receive SMS notifications from the Service.
Message Frequency:
The frequency of SMS notifications may vary depending on the type of information being sent. Users will receive
notifications as determined by their interaction with Paseo Racquet Center or as required by applicable laws and
regulations.
Message and Data Rates:
Standard messaging rates from your mobile service provider may apply for sending and receiving SMS
notifications. Users are responsible for any message or data charges incurred while using the Service.
Privacy and Data Collection:
Paseo Racquet Center will collect and use users' personal information solely for the purpose of providing the
Service and delivering relevant SMS notifications. User data will be handled in accordance with our privacy

User Responsibilities:
Users are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the mobile phone number provided for the Service. Users must
not share or forward SMS notifications from the Service to unauthorized recipients. Users must not use the
Service for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes.
Service Changes and Interruptions:
Paseo Racquet Center reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Service, in whole or in part, at
any time without prior notice. Paseo Racquet Center will not be liable for any interruptions, delays, or errors
in the Service caused by circumstances beyond our control.
Disclaimer of Liability:
Paseo Racquet Center shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive
damages arising out of or relating to the use of the Service.

of any significant changes, and continued use of the Service after such changes constitute acceptance of the

Governing Law:
The Service and these terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes
arising out of or relating to the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in
Maricopa County, Arizona. By using the SMS Notification Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood,
and agreed to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the Service.
